Can we ask for a specific concierge (staff) for treatment?
We’re sorry, but basically we do not receive specific requests for the staff.
Our concierge are all expertise with the same level of technical skills, so please rest assured for the best treatment from any of us!
What is the cancellation policy?
There will be a fee for a cancellation or change on the day of treatment.
We ask for a 50% cancellation charge or a purchase of head spa gift certificate on your next visit.

How should I pay?
We only accept credit cards, electronic currency and transportation IC cards such as SUICA.
Can we pay in advance?
Payment for our head spa treatments can be done in advance in the case of personal gifts.

Can I receive the treatment when I’m pregnant?
We rely on the judgement of our customers.
However, currently we do have many customers who are pregnant.

Yes, we have many gentlemen as customers.

Can I receive the treatment with styling cream on my hair?
Yes, all our treatments include massage shampoo.
Can I receive the treatment with make up on?
Yes, none of our treatments need to have your make up off.
Can I receive the treatment with hair extention?
We basically do not give treatments to customers with hair extentions.
It is because we will not be able to give thorough treatment, and there is also the possibility of the hair extention falling off.
However, if the customer agrees to these possibilities, we can always offer you the service.

I just dyed my hair, but can I receive the treatment?
The coloring is apt to fade if it was dyed just recently.
We recommend you give 1 week after dying your hair before the treatment.
I have sensitive skin, but can I receive the treatment?
Yes, you can.
Please let our concierge know before your treatment.
We will use products that are less likely to cause allergies.
Please be aware that we may not be able to give any head spa treatments depending on the condition of your skin.
Can I receive the treatment with my contact lenses on?
Yes, basically it’s fine.
If you are not comfortable to close your eyes with your contact lenses on, contact lense cases are available.

What’s the after-treatment service?
We ask our customers to blow dry their hair on their own.
The following items are available for your use: dryer, straightening iron, and styling cream.
If you would like to have the concierge blow dry for you, please choose the option from the menu.

We’re sorry, but we do not have a parking lot.
