The Company will acquire personal information appropriately, and will not obtain any information through false or unlawful means.
7. Third Party Disclosure
Unless disclosure is permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws, the Company will not disclose any personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the customer. The following cases are not relevant to the third party disclosure as defined above:
1) When it is necessary to protect human life, body or property, and it is difficult to get the consent of the customer
2) When it is especially necessary to promote public health or child’s sound and healthy growth, and it is difficult to gain the consent of the customer
3) When it is necessary to cooperate with the government agency, local authority or a body appointed by them in conducting duties set by the law, and obtaining the consent of the customer may hinder its execution
4) When the information is processed such that the individual cannnot be specified as in the case of survey data

The Company will respond promptly to requests for inquiries, corrections, discontinue of usage, deletions or disclosures of any personal information to a third party (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure, etc.”) after confirming the identity of the person in question through prescribed procedures.
